Q. How do I rate a concert?

Find the concert you want to rate. You can do this with the search function, find the Artist page or form the concert page. Click the Rate It link.

Q. What do I rate when I rate the concert?

You are rating a concert based on three aspects. Energy, Set List, Crowd Interaction.

1) Energy – Was there energy and passion during the performance.

2) Set List – How was the mix of songs, did the Artist play the songs you wanted to hear?

3) Crowd Interaction – Was the crowd into the performance, did the Artist keep you involved?

Was there anything else you want to say about the concert? Add it to the tags! This is the place to cover anything you want to be known that is not part of the rating above.

Q. How is the rating calculated?

A. Very simple actually. You rate a concert based on three aspects. Those three are averaged together to create one overall rating.

Each user may only rate each concert once. The Concert is given a rating, based on the average rating from each user that attended the concert. Each concert is then averaged together to come up with an overall rating for the artitst.

Q. I am a Artist, how do I register as one?

Go to the Profile and register as a new user. One the first page clicks the radio button artist. Then on the second page you will be asked artist related questions.

Q. How do I rate a picture?

Go to the Rate Pictures page. You will notice all the stars are blank under the pictures. Click the rating you think is appropriate. Notice stars appear, and it may be different than the ones you clicked. This is because once rated, the average rating will display. You may also click View All from albums, there are stars to rate with in the View All mode.

Q. I am an artist, my default picture keeps changing, what’s the deal?

iwasthere is set up to display the top rated picture as your default picture. Also the top rated picture for each concert will become the concert default image. Therefore, make sure your fans are voting on the pictures!

Q. How do I add a concert / I went to an awesome show and want to rate it, but it does not exist yet, what do I do??

First search to make sure the concert does not exist yet, then go to your Profile page and click on Add Concert.

Q. I am an artist/label/advertiser and want my concert as the Featured Concert, what do I do?
